What happened to Practice.do?
Practice.do shut down on 3 November 2025 after a failed acquisition. CEO Julien Smith announced the wind-down in October 2025, the platform went fully offline with roughly two weeks of notice and no read-only mode, and accounts are now locked. The pricing and features pages return 404, and the product cannot be purchased.
Can I still get my data out of Practice?
Only if you exported before 3 November 2025. Practice allowed a CSV export from Settings, and CoachAccountable built an importer for the Practice ZIP. Session notes and portal content that were never exported are unrecoverable. If you have the CSV or ZIP, send it to us during onboarding and we import your client list into Coachful.
What did Practice do that Coachful also does?
Booking links, Google Calendar sync, Stripe payments and invoicing, contracts with e-signature, intake forms, workflow automations, a client portal with per-client chat, SMS reminders, and Zoom links. Coachful covers each of those and adds two-way Apple/iCloud and Outlook sync, built-in video, a website builder, courses, and community.
Which Practice alternative is best for coaches?
