Delenta is an all-in-one coaching platform: programmes with tasks and drip content, a client portal, self-serve booking, contracts with e-signature, community, courses and a white-label iOS and Android app, sold on tiers sized by how many client portals you need.

It holds a 4.8 on Capterra, announced HIPAA compliance in March 2026 alongside GDPR with a public trust centre, and ships an AI note-taker, Delenta-i, that scores sessions against ICF markers. That last feature is unusual and useful: nothing else in this directory does it.

Delenta prices by client-portal cap, and two significant features sit above the entry tier. That is the practical difference between the two products rather than the monthly figure.

Who is Delenta for, and who is it not for?

It is for a coach who needs HIPAA. That is the clearest case in this directory: if a health-care client or a sponsor requires it, Delenta has it and several otherwise comparable products including ours do not.

It is for a coach working towards an ICF credential, because Delenta-i scoring sessions against ICF markers is directly useful to that and exists nowhere else here.

It is not ideal for a coach who wants everything from day one. Group coaching starts at $49 and courses plus the mobile app at $79, so the $29 entry tier is narrower than the product as a whole. Reviewers also describe the calendar as somewhat limited, video runs through Zoom rather than natively, and the landing page is not a full website.

Coachful puts the features Delenta gates by tier into its entry plan, which is the practical difference: group coaching, courses, community and the client app are all in at $29 a month, where Delenta includes group coaching from $49 and courses and the mobile app from $79. Coachful still prices by client count — 5, 20 and unlimited — and the $29 Lite plan carries Coachful branding and a smaller audience allowance, so it is the feature gates that differ rather than every limit.

Coachful also ships built-in video and two-way sync with Google, Apple or iCloud and Outlook rather than relying on Zoom, and a section-based website with a blog and custom domain rather than a landing page.

On migration, Delenta documents CSV and XLS contact import, but we could not verify a full client-data export in its help centre, so plan for contacts rather than everything if you are moving either direction.

What should you do about it?

If HIPAA is a requirement, the decision is made and this page is the shortest one in the directory. If you are working towards an ICF credential, the note-taker is worth a trial on its own.

Otherwise the question is what you need on day one. Price the tier that actually contains the features you will use rather than the headline, then compare like with like. The coaching platform category lists the products that occupy the same ground.

On Coachful’s published tiers, 5 clients on Lite cost $29 a month ($5.80 per client), 20 clients on Solo cost $49 ($2.45 per client), and 50 clients on Pro cost $99 ($1.98 per client). Pro has no client cap, so the per-client figure keeps falling as the practice grows.

Write both totals down for your current client count and for double it. The cheaper tool at today’s size is not always the cheaper tool at the size you are aiming for.

   Check that a group programme, a course or a second coach would fit before you commit. Moving clients later is the most expensive change a practice makes.

5. Ask how you would leave

   Find out which records export (clients, notes, payments, content) and in what format, before you need to know.
