What kind of tool do you need?
Most tool comparisons fail before they start, because they put products from different categories on the same list. A scheduling tool is not an alternative to a course platform. Work out the category first and the shortlist gets short.
The stack question
The real decision is not which product in a category, it is how many categories you are willing to pay for. The 2026 Coaching Business Report puts a typical fragmented coaching stack at roughly $539 to $600 a month once scheduling, video, payments, email, contracts, course hosting and community are each bought separately. That is $6,500 to $7,200 a year before a single session is delivered.
It also costs time. Coaches on multi-tool stacks report spending six to ten more hours a week on administrative coordination than coaches on an integrated platform: copying client data between systems, chasing unsigned contracts, re-entering session notes.
That is the genuine argument for a single coaching platform, and it is also, transparently, the argument for the product we make. Weigh it accordingly.
